Terrible This product is a lie. It ended up being a scam because it was not worth the effort to buy it since ir ruined my daughters hair I was just trying to make it easy to manage but it ended up being a total catastrophe . My daughter had some beautiful curls and it damange her hair completely. It made it look so pale and dry that I couldn’t even sleep . Worst part is that I don’t know if her curls would ever come back .

The best relaxer on the market I have used this product off and on since I was 13. Over a decade ago! You have to follow the instructions. If you never had a visible curl pattern to begin with, like me, it's going to just cut the frizz and leave you with more manageable hair. Also, always base you scalp with Vaseline. It leaves my hair wavy with only some curlyish looking hair at the nape. I can go about 4 months between uses and it doesn't cause breakage.

Your addresses are fake Product is made in Belgium/No contact number !This product is for kids and is advertised as No Lye?How do you sleep at night?I hope there is a CLASS ACTION brought against product misrepresentation. No recourse to help a consumer after using this product is unfair business practices. It might as well be generic gasoline.

2nd % burns months to recover horrible LYE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It is a Lie that they do not use LYE! I have tried to use the addresses they provide for contact information and they ALL COMEBACK NOT ABLE TO SEND! WHO does that? 2nd degree burns, my roots fused to my scalp. It will be months to repair the damage this product has inflicted. How can you package this for children?

This can’t be a texturize If I could give it a 0, I would. I used your product in October and my 5yo(f) curls haven’t came back yet! All I wanted was what was advertised now your product ruined my daughter beatify hair. I guess I had every reason to feel panicked when as soon as I applied the product on her head, her curls melted🥺😡. Now my daughter is suffering from 2 curl patterns which if you know, you know. And I’ll have to cut a large chunk of her hair soon. I would not recommend! Don’t buy! Don’t buy! Don’t buy!
